Our family have used Albins on several occasions over the years. The preparation and planning that is provided is exceptional, no stone is left unturned. Many thanks to John, Mickey, Sacha and the wider team for my Mums Funeral last week, they made it a special day.

The team at Albins have been wonderful. They have held my hand every step of the way. They have been compassionate and kind even when it took time to consult so many members of the family. The funeral team on the day were so professional, immaculately turned out and thoughtful. I cannot thank them enough. I knew Albins had a highly esteemed reputation and no wonder. They are thoughtful, caring and so professional. James was amazing with my mentally ill son who didn't come to funeral. Our driver Louis was also amazing and just a nice down to earth guy, would definitely recommend. We only use Albins and have done with most of our family.

From the moment we had to contact Albins in the early hours one Sunday morning, to the day of the funeral, we have felt genuinely supported, cared for and guided through this difficult process.
All members of the Crayford team from Jo who made all the arrangements, through to the team on the day, particularly Will, who at all times was respectful and kind especially to my mum. We felt that our wishes were observed completely with no detail overlooked.
We couldn't have wished for a better send off for my dad.
Jo's calm approach made the whole situation so much easier to bare. Would highly recommend Albins to anyone who has lost a loved one.

From the moment we spoke to Crayford's branch manager, Jo, we felt we were in safe hands. Friendly and professional, with heaps of empathy, Jo guided us through the process. A gentle nudge every now and again if she needed anything from us. The lads on the day were awesome and their part could not have gone any better. Deeply respectful and thoughtful, they clearly loved their job and took great pride in their craft, but not in a robotic fashion - very human with personality and appropriate conversation. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed inc a book of condolence prepared at the wake. We are so grateful for their most excellent service.

Hello Elaine, Hello Lyn.
I just want to write and thank you both for everything that you did in arranging Pauline's funeral.
You made the process very comforting and stress free. Your advice was extremely helpful in my and my daughters decision making. I thought that the service booklet was really nicely prepared and printed especially the picture of Pauline (with the plaster). The way that the printers did that was spectacular. In my opinion that made the service booklet something really special. Please pass my thanks onto the person responsible for doing that.
On the day of the funeral your colleagues were excellently. They were all pleasant, respectful and as always smartly dressed. The limousines were very comfortable and in pristine condition. Then there were the little touches that make a big difference. A mat laid on floor when getting in and out of the limousines, a bottle of water and tissues in the vehicles for the mourners, the staff outside your branch in Welling showing their respect when we drove past, and the respect that your staff showed when another funeral went past in the opposite direction.
Elaine, Lyn and all of the staff who worked on making the funeral of Pauline a very dignified affair, Thank You.

We highly recommend F. A. Albins, Deptford. Everything was made easy by Elaine and Lynn who were so kind and caring. They organised the plot, hearse, flowers, cortege and funeral booklet, very efficiently, with attention to detail and to our personal requests. The Chapel of Rest was beautiful, as were the flowers and funeral booklet.

The Funeral Ushers were also so kind, reverent and unobtrusive; with many lovely gestures and marks of respect. They adorned the hearse in a beautiful and thoughtful way. We could not be happier with them and the whole team, their professionalism and respect. Thank you to all at this sad time...and God Bless
