I have used Stibbards for both of my parents funerals. Everything was done so professionally and mums carers were blown away by the care they took when preparing mum to take from her house. Always a friendly and knowledgeable person at the end of the phone. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Alison was absolutely brilliant in helping us go through the most horrendous and saddest time of our lives. Everything was perfect and their attention to detail was great. Dave on the day looking after us during the most traumatic day was also appreciated so much.

Unfortunately I lost my Mum, Dad and Sister all in 10 months. Stibbards at Rayleigh Weir were amazing for all of my loved ones final journey. From the first phone call and throughout the whole process of arranging the funeral. Making sure the funeral plan was tailored to exactly what I wished for. They treated me with kindness and compassion and were there to answer any questions at all times. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.

We have used Stibbards twice and can highly recommend them, their level of service, support, help and compassion are first rate which is so important while you are grieving and unsure what to do. They ensured all our wishes were carried out and kept us informed throughout the process. We would definitely give them a 10/10.

Gave 5 star as excellent in every way except one. My sister sent a video eulogy as she couldn’t attend. Very disappointed that picture and sound not aligned- couldn’t watch - blame Obitus? However, everything else so good - still 5 stars.

An extremely efficient and smooth process all the way through. The staff showed kindness and compassion. They spoke of your loved one with respect. Nicola and Stuart who were our main contacts throughout were excellent. Also Darren and Ross.

We cannot thank Stibbards Funeral Directors enough for all the care, organisation and compassion shown to us throughout such a difficult time.
From beginning to end, we felt completely looked after. Scott was absolutely brilliant, keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure everything was taken care of. His kindness and compassion meant more than we can put into words. It was also the little personal touches that we will never forget, especially Scott putting his arm through mine and walking me in. That simple gesture brought such comfort at an incredibly emotional moment.
We would also like to give a very special mention to our celebrant, Jon Stannard, who was wonderful throughout. He conducted Pauls ceremony with such warmth, compassion and understanding and made it feel incredibly personal. One moment that will stay with me forever was Jon taking a rose from the coffin during the ceremony and giving it to me as a special keepsake. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture, and something I will always treasure.
At a time when everything can feel overwhelming, having people around you who genuinely care makes such a difference. We are all so incredibly grateful for everything you did to make such a difficult day as beautiful, personal and comforting as it could possibly be.

Our mother’s funeral was exactly as my sister and I had envisaged, a true celebration of her and her life. The horse drawn carriage literally blew us and other people away in its poignancy. The respect of the conductor and his team was immense. We will be forever grateful to you all.

Martin and his team looked after Oscar (our 16 year old son) and us, his family from the day of his passing to the day of his funeral impeccably, I cannot fault a single thing.
Planning our child’s funeral was the hardest thing, but we was guided through every aspect, we was able to confidently ask questions, and communicate with Martin throughout from beginning to end. We was asked what we wanted, and all our expectations for Oscar's celebration of life service were met, and we couldn't ask for a better day for our boy. Their skills, and attention to details were perfect. And I am sure in weeks to come, they will still be the same in guiding us through all the next steps, but for now they are allowing us time to grieve following the service. Thank you for everything you have done for us and Oscar. X -
