Absolutely superb service from start to finish. They have been extremely sensitive and supportive and made the arrangements and the day of the funeral very easy for us. They answered any questions quickly and their approach is very professional. Thank you for making a very difficult time just that bit easier.

The whole team at stibbards have been kind, supportive and helpful every step of this sad path we as a family had to walk .

Alison at Stibbards in Shoeburyness has been amazing in supporting our family whilst we planned my dads funeral. The level of care received not only from her, but the rest of the team has been exceptional throughout it all. My dad was well cared for and the sensitive attention to detail even from the first phone call we made was evident throughout. Thank you for making an extremely sad time bareable for us.

From the minute we came to see you 5 weeks ago, until the minute we came home from the funeral we had the best care from Stibbards and we will be forever grateful to you in making our mother's funeral such a special and personal day for us all. I really cannot thank you enough.

Diane from the Hockley branch looked after the family after our mum passed away. She was supportive, informative and compassionate. She guided us through the whole process with patience.
On the day of the funeral, Scott and the team were brilliant. Everything went smoothly and the day was just how we wanted it.

Having used Stibbards to help with the burial of our mother in 2023, the decision to re-use them again for our fathers recent burial was an easy one. They were excellent to deal with throughout. They get the details right, no matter how small or personal. Excellent communication leading up to the day, and perhaps most importantly, on the day itself. Our father was treated with the utmost dignity and the family treated with compassion. Our thanks to Alison at Shoebury office and Leo and his team on the day.

We have been using Stibbards for many years now and the excellent service has not faltered. We were taken very good care of from the beginning and all the staff, especially Wendy at the Rayleigh Weir office, and Stuart at the funeral service were kind and compassionate in their dealings with us and guided us through the arrangements in our time of grief. All staff of Stibbards made everything so easy. Alison was outstanding in every way from advise to all information needed nothing was too much bother.
On the day of the funeral the Deivers and pallbearers made the day go perfectly.

We can not thank you enough for the beautiful and fitting funeral for Karl. It went off just as we had hoped it to.
From the moment we made contact with initial enquires, through to the planning , the visits and all the communications we were impressed by the professionalism and care and attention you gave to all the family . Thanks go especially to Rebecca who helped us to navigate arrangements , to David who conducted on the day and Jay the celebrant .
The funeral itself was a fitting tribute to our loved one and has helped us all in the grieving process especially Karl's children.

Everything they done was extremely professional and caring. Couldn’t have asked for more. There was a mix up with some flowers (nothing to do with Stibbards), which meant we didn’t get the rose bush plants we ordered. During the service, someone from Stibbards went and bought us some. Really went up and beyond want could have been expected.
