From start to finish, Stibbards were wonderful to us when our mother died at home. From collecting her body to collecting her ashes they were professional, compassionate and made sure the whole process was dignified. A special mention to Maria who directed both my dad and brother in laws funerals as well as my mother’s. She was exemplary. She and the rest of Stibbards’ staff made what was a very emotional day seem just that little bit easier. Thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral directors.

I cannot fault the Stibbards team for all their help from our very first meeting right through to the day of Alan's funeral. It was such a difficult time and they helped to make sense of what we needed to do - especially when nothing else seems to make sense. A big thank you to everyone especially Diane and Scott for being so kind and attentive.

Janice went out of her way to help me.A very competent lady who organised everything to run smoothly & as painlessly as possible.She read me so well,& realised how much my darling Bob meant to me.Always so professional in her manner & appearance.

So kind and compassionate at every stage of the funeral planning and on the day they were very respectful to my late father. We have always used Stibbards for our family funerals. They are an excellent company and I would 100% recommend

Everything was so well planned we did not have to worry about anything on the day. On time and everything went like clockwork. I doubt if any other company could have matched the organisation and execution of the ceremony from home to crematorium.

Stibbards and all the staff I dealt with were kind, courteous, professional and efficient at a time when I was deeply saddened. They were also calming and helpful in decision making when I was really not able to focus.

Cannot speak highly enough about S.Stibbards & sons. Wendy was Excellent from the very first phone call, and at every stage of organising the funeral, so respectful and considerate, nothing was too much trouble. Scott was Brilliant on the day and couple of days before the funeral phoned to run through all the details which was very helpful and reassuring.

Stibbards come highly recommended by my family, having supported us through both my Dad’s and my Nan’s funerals. They were incredibly professional and compassionate during what were very difficult and emotional times. The team clearly explained every step of the process, kept us informed throughout, and maintained excellent communication.
We were also introduced to a wonderful celebrant, Emma Walker, who led both services with warmth and sincerity — we can’t recommend her enough.
