The team at Stibbards were excellent from our first interaction and throughout. Janice was an excellent guide throughout the whole process and ensured that we were able to give our father the send off that he would have been proud of. Simon was an excellent lead on the day and ensured that the whole day went without hiccup. I would proudly recommend Stibbards to anyone that is dealing with bereavement as I'm sure you would struggle to beat the compassion and service you would find there.

Myself, my son and daughter were very happy with all the arrangements. Wendy accommodated all our requests and helped us in every way to make the funeral day go very smoothly. Also made special arrangements for a member of our family who travelled from Spain to see her brother.

The service provided by Stibbards was excellent, from the first point of contact to the very end. They were sensitive, caring and supportive to the point that they all seemed like friends, and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Karen at the Shoeburyness Branch was brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My mother took out a funeral plan some years ago with Golden Charter and nominated Stibbards to be her funeral Director. It was one of the best investments she ever made. As her youngest son it was my responsibility to arrange the funeral. Debbie Eade, the Funeral Arranger at Stibbards, was exceptional, her attention to detail was superb. Basically she did everything, guided me through everything required in meeting my mother's wishes, arranged the website, the webcam, order of service and most importantly sorted out all of the legal documentation and arrangements with the coroner, the doctor's surgery and the crematorium. Debbie even recommended a minister to preside over the service, who was fantastic. Communication throughout the arrangements was excellent. At the service Martin Stibbard and his team were extremely kind and thoughtful and all those who attended commented on their service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Stibbards to friends and family. My family and I cannot thank Stibbards enough for all you have done.

In one of the most difficult times my family have ever been through and all the arrangements being

Excellent. I can’t praise the staff at Stibbards, Canvey Island enough.  From meeting Kate who was there to guide us through and always answer any of our questions however small, to Stuart who knowing my dear husband John was a West Ham supporter providing a bubble machine on the way out of the Crematorium.
Every little detail was perfect.

On the day outstanding service and attention to detail remarkable. But feel little let down leading up to funeral, was not kept updated and informed until couple of days before funeral with what was going on. But apart from that a great as possible under the circumstances experience.

from the beginning of organising the funeral arrangements Debbie was at hand to guide my family and myself through the procedure and showed us compassion all the way through. The days i visited my uncle in the chapel of rest , i was always welcomed by Debbie . On day of funeral i could not ask for any better service by the staff .
