Nothing was too much trouble and my husband had a wonderful send off. Words cannot thank Stibbards and particularly Lauren enough for the hard work. An awful dreadful time made that little bit easier by Stibbards. Thank you.

I would like to say that I found the staff that dealt with my Father's funeral most helpful and courteous at all times no matter what the query and nothing was a problem for them. The respect that they showed was wonderful and much appreciated by myself and my family especially Lauren and Scott.

Stibbards did everything we asked of them to make this sad day run smoothly. The Funeral service was dignified and personal, the Order of Service was just as I wanted it to be printed. Simon went the extra mile by arranging photos of John's life at the wake afterwards and collected the message I had written from the coffin flowers and brought it home for me to keep.

The service that S Stibbards & Sons, Canvey Island gave us on behalf of our mum, was excellent. As she had a pre-planned funeral, they went through all the details with us and made sure it was all that she wanted and offered suggestions that we may have overlooked. They kept us updated on things that were happening or needed to be done. They were always so kind and caring and "looked after" our mum while in their care, which we were so appreciative of.
The Service was lovely and everyone that attended commented to that effect.

Your timeliness, attention to detail, empathy and consideration bore testament to the recommendations we had from others that led to us choosing Stibbards to look after the funeral arrangements for us. We would not hesitate in enlisting your services again.

I cannot praise Stibbards highly enough for their wonderful care and attention. From my first meeting following the passing of my husband, through to the funeral itself, everything was handled so efficiently and sympathetically - I felt in safe hands throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The whole team that dealt with my fathers funeral, were polite, professional and friendly. They showed the right amount of empathy and were very helpful. Scott, (Mr Top Hat Man) was exceptional. I would use Stibbards again.

We cannot recommend Stibbards highly enough, from the impeccable attention to detail to the pall bearers team. The funeral director Scott was perfect in his sincerity and helpfulness.

From our very first conversation with Wendy at Stibbards we felt a weight had been taken off our shoulders. The attention to detail and all options were made known and available. On the actual day of the funeral we were all treated with compassion and such professionalism by Lee and his team which we will be eternally grateful for. Even after the funeral we were contacted by Stibbards to make sure we were all dealing with our grief and to make sure we were coping.

I can't fault the care that we received from Stibbards for my Mother's funeral. Everything went so smoothly. The communication was great and the attention and compassion shown on the day to family members was all that we could have hoped for on this occasion.
