Stibbards looked after the arrangements for our dad’s funeral. Everything was taken care of from the moment we made contact right up to dropping the family off at the wake venue. All the staff could not have been kinder or more professional. Thank you.

Stibbards took care of my son's funeral when he was suddenly taken from us in August. They were absolutely wonderful, caring and compassionate in every way. Special thanks to Diane in the office and Scott who looked after us on the day. They helped us through a truly awful situation and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Scott saw my family through two very different funerals within a few weeks of each other - first dad, then mum. He was kind, calm, and patient, which was appreciated during the tumultous period of losing both our parents. He was brilliant when it came to organising the music and ensuring it was cued at exactly the right moment in both services. One was a Requiem Mass in the Catholic church, the other was in a chapel. Yet the calm and respectful mood from Scott and his team was felt the same throughout both services.

Stibbards helped to guide our family through a very sad and difficult time. The staff were very helpful, professional and respectful at all times and we felt comforted and supported throughout the whole process. A special mention and thanks to Alison our consultant and to Dean our driver. They are both excellent at what they do and went the extra mile to help us feel comfortable and supported. Thank you Stibbards for helping us to give our loved one a very special last goodbye.

Stibbards &sons went above and beyond for our mums funeral
From the moment we met Martin and Wendy they made us as a family feel welcome and supported through such a difficult and very sad time
They kepted in touch from the beginning up until the day of mums funeral and after
No matter what questions we wanted answered or how many times we went over the plans they were there no matter what
Quick responses to our emails and calls too
When it came to the day we had a dress code and Martin along with he’s amazing staff came in our dress code and that meant the world to us as they didn’t have to do that but they did
Also entering the crematorium they stopped and offered to put my 12 yr old daughter up onto the horse and carriage with the driver to bring mum in down the path to the crematorium

What can I say, Stibbards has always conducted our family funerals for many years with love and compassion.
This time for my mum was no different. Wendy was absolutely brilliant with chatting with us to arranging and meeting the needs we required and compassion and gentleness shone through.
Scott and the team on the day were so so lovely. Explaining the run of events with timings etc and giving us all the time we needed. Again compassion and love and caring was shown.
We can’t thank you all enough. And will always always recommend your services.
