We lost my 11yr old son. We dealt with Martin and Lee, both were so kind and professional. It’s a horrendous time and they made all the logistics easier and really helped us give our son the day he deserved.

From the first meeting I was made welcome and shown genuine sympathy regarding losing my beloved Dad. Everything was professionally and clearly explained to me and I was given advice on how to proceed at this difficult time.
With regards to the funeral everything was absolutely as I had devised it and the arrangements were impeccable,I realise that I could not have received any better service and I would recommend Stibbards to anyone who has a bereavement.

From making the first step to booking and arranging the funeral and the step by step journey leading to the day was so smooth running. The care, support and friendliness offered made a very sad time a lovely experience.
The funeral day was so perfect and I will remember the day with so much love for the rest of my life. That is all thanks to Stibbards.

Apologies for the late review.
We asked Stibbards to deal with my late mum’s funeral on the 31st December 2024. We dealt mainly with Wendy, who was very professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. She guided us through the process and what you have to do and she was a huge help to us. It must be difficult dealing with people and families on one of the worst days of your life.
On the day of the funeral, I remember dealing with Simon, who again, was very professional and respectful.
Stibbards were excellent all round, not one complaint from us, plus the new premises close to Rayleigh Weir are also superb.

Janice was excellent. She helped us through each step and always made herself available to answer our questions and work through the details. We were extremely grateful for her guidance and support throughout.
Our Celebrant was also very good. He readily accommodated our wishes and his own words in the service provided a great reflection of who dad was.
