From the initial phone call, right through to the end of the funeral service itself, there was always polite & professional advice readily available.
I would like to mention 2 of the staff who gave a very kind and compassionate service from start to finish.
1. Wendy. She took us through the whole procedure at our own pace, answering all the questions in detail. She was also on hand with a box of tissues and a lovely cup of coffee.
2. Scott. This man goes far above and beyond to make sure that everything is done with the utmost care and compassion. Nothing is too much trouble.Scott Bartlett replied

The whole family are grateful for the care and compassion from our Funeral Arranger, Diane Ellis and the most respectful attendance to detail by the Funeral Gentlemen led by Martin. The celebration of Brenda's life by the Officiant, Jon Stannard, was first class and many attendees have commented on how much they appreciated and enjoyed the manner in which he conducted the proceedings.

The funeral for my Sister on Tuesday 17th December was carried out with the utmost dignity and respect.
From our first initial visit to your Leigh office until the day of the funeral itself, we received nothing but kindness from every member of your staff.

Stibbards' support and understanding in helping Mum and I through the death of my brother John was remarkable. Janice's genuine kindness, while offering first-class support and advice every step of the way at such a difficult time felt like a true friend helping us. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The staff at Stibbards make what is a very difficult time, very easy!
From start to finish, the service is excellent.
On the day, Scott went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and gave us an amazing little gesture at the end.

Couldnt highly recommend Alison and her team enough , they went above and beyond to make sure my loved one and our family was all looked after. They was so kind and considerate and I cant thank them enough.

The team at Stibbards especially Alison at Shoeburyness, Joe who came to our home and Scott for his support at the funeral have been amazing. Their care of my mum, their support for our family was outstanding. Alison was so supportive and let me visit mum whenever I wanted to and after my visit she would sit with me whilst I told her the memories I shared and also the sadness I felt. A truly caring and supportive service throughout. Thank you all x

Being fairly new to the area, I wasn’t sure which funeral director to choose. I’m so glad I chose Stibbards. They have been wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and so helpful and caring. The funeral was exactly as planned. I couldn’t have wished for a more caring company.

From the minute they took my brother into their care they showed respect, compassion and caring not only to my brother, but also myself. A very difficult time for the family but they made it so much easier with their kindness both before and after the funeral. They guided us every step of the way and were always available if we had any queries or concerns. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
