From the onset of the funeral process the staff were very caring, the majority of my contact was with Lauren who was very professional with a can do attitude. The staff on the day of the funeral courteous and respectful.

My experience of Stibbards last week can only be an excellent one.  Such professionalism and respect shown at all times doesn’t go unnoticed by anyone and is so refreshing in an age where many don’t care about standards.  A special thank you to Debbie Eade, your funeral arranger, who guided us through calmly, tactfully and sympathetically and was always available if I needed help.
