From the moment we met Janice to the service itself everything, everything was just as we wanted and needed. Janice and Dave are a true example of professional yet caring. Friendly, caring staff at the office, the hurse, and family car were presented in an immaculate condition. The drivers, coffin bearers, were all friendly, caring and efficient.

Everything was arranged well and as agreed with minimal fuss. The media support for the event, order of service booklets, provision of funeral celebrant, and arrangements for the service was excellent and collaborative.

I cannot rate them high enough. From the moment I walked into their offices and met with Alison Bunkle I was met with compassion and support in making the difficult decisions for my Mother's service. Together with Laura Manwell, the Celebrant, they helped me create a lovely funeral service just right for Mum.

We can't praise Stibbards highly enough. They all handled mum's funeral with care, love and professionalism especially Diane at Hockley and Scott at Rayleigh. It was a beautiful service and everyone who came said what a lovely send off for Tamba. They have all been so helpful and lovely at such a hard time they helped us through it
