The whole team at Sutton Co-operative Funeral Services were helpful, friendly and professional right from the first contact, through to the day of the funeral and afterwards with arrangements at the church yard. Phil Chapman provided the right amount of guidance and support at our difficult time, nothing seemed too much trouble. Thank you.

Alan was a very nice gentleman, who looked after myself & sister from start to finish, with true compassion and respect, we visited our mum in the chapel of rest she looked beautiful and at peace, all questions we asked were answered and a truly beautiful service given by Alison Ashton thank you to all who were  involved

The customer service we received was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, they made the difficult process a much easier experience. Everything was well organised and the funeral took place without any issues. Toni and Julie were kind and made sure we could say a lovely goodbye.

It was so easy and stress less. Nicola our funeral director could not do enough for us. She sorted out everything from organising the flowers to provisionally booking the wake. Cannot thank her enough. With everything else going on it took so much pressure off me and my family.

Cathy and her team were amazing from start to finish, ours was a particularly sensitive matter, which was handled with upmost professionalism and care from the outset. We were kept fully updated, and calls were gentle and compassionate at all times. I have no doubt that our arrangements could not have been any better, and Cathy was instrumental in planning the whole service. Thank you Cathy, you are brilliant at your role, a true credit to the CoOp team and I'm truly grateful for the efforts made by you and your staff on the day.

Mum requested the union jack on the coffin (ww2 Army), this was not done. I felt i had totally let her down. Spent the whole funeral angry and embarrassed, could not look at the coffin. I will for ever be reminded of this final failure. This request was written down and discussed. It should have been rectified on the day. Let down at the one time I should not have been. Details matter .. I'm still seeking closure.

Alan and Sarah were the most dignified and respectful of patrons.
I was overwhelmed by their compassion and attentiveness, in fact I shall be using their services again to organise my own funeral. Outstanding service. Congratulations to everyone involved they certainly went the extra mile to make Sylvia's funeral a topic of conversation for many years to come. Well done. Nigel Bushell

The care that they gave my dad was wonderful.
Dad had little bit of a problem and couldn't be dressed in the clothes that I left, but the staff there gave him a lovely shroud that was in the same colour as his cravat...
I cannot recommend anywhere else to go in Spalding with lovely people that you have there, not only the family but also the relative that has died. They are the best people !!
I couldn't praise them enough.. I would always give them a 100% gratitude care loyalty.. xx

We felt it was a bit of a wait until the appointment but after that it was a good service. Time was given to take to process the events as they happened and all the staff were very patient and kind, but remained professional at the same time.
From collecting mum from home to the Celebration of life service we all felt mum was cared for with dignity and respect.
