As a family we were treated with respect, there was always someone available to answer any questions. Nothing was to much trouble. The way our mum was laid to rest in the funeral home was excellent.

The entire team, particularly Marie Baxter/Funeral Arranger, Graham Mumby-Croft /Independent Funeral Celebrant, and David Whalley/Funeral Director were very friendly, helpful and professional making the whole process a much less painful experience than I had anticipated. Thank you to you all.

From the ease of organisation of the funeral to the conversations on the phone to the respectful way that the driver spoke to us in the car on the way to the funeral and the love and care that was put into mums funeral the coop funeral service excelled. Thankyou for helping us send off our mum with the dignity she deserved.

From our first visit Kerrie put us at ease and sorted everything we needed in a calm relaxing manner. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was sorted just as Mum would have wanted.

Cathy was an excellent, helpful, efficient funeral director; she explained everything fully, made me feel at ease from the outset and has a very warm and compassionate nature. I could not have wished for better, and I thank Cathy from the bottom of my heart for helping me through a sad and difficult time.

The meeting with Alan at the Co op was very reassuring and he made my husband and myself feel quite relaxed about the whole thing
Andrew Key who was suggested by Alan gave a perfect service.
Only one thing that was a little difficult, which was waiting 4weeks from Mum's death until the cremation.Debbie Staff replied
