The very daunting prospect of arranging a funeral was made so much easier by the care and sympathetic help given to myself and my brother. I in particular had many worries about the day but thanks to the Lincolnshire Co-Op Louth these worries were eased. The day was the perfect goodbye to my beloved fatherl

Richard gave our family an EXCELLENT service from the time we walked in the door on the day of booking until the crematorium itself. He was kind enough to allow the funeral to be delayed because I had a brother in Australia who needed time to get to the UK. This was the first funeral I have had to plan and Richard and the staff I spoke to made it all very easy and giving me the right prompts at various stages of the organisation of the funeral. On the day nothing was too much trouble and my brothers were really impressed how smooth the whole experience was. Thank you and congratulations on an excellent team effort.

Excellent service. Did exactly what we wanted.Dealt with everything including flowers and catering.It made it so much easier knowing they would take care of everything. The staff were lovely and helpful.Made a sad day a lot easier.

Each member of staff was caring, considerate and understanding. Right from my first telephone call, through to the service arrangements and finally to collecting my husband's ashes today, I was in professional hands to help me through this difficult time.

Alan was extremely helpful and thoughtful in helping us as a family. He was flexible in allowing my brother to see my father due to the distance he had to travel, which was essential as part of my brothers grieving but not at the most convenient time for the Funeral Home. Thank you.
Alan helped in sorting out a minor issue with the funding page and was supportive throughout, including at the funeral itself which was led by a Celebrant who listened to how we wanted the service to be and reflected Dads life just right.

The co-op funeral service in Spilsby and Alford were amazing. We had some personal things that we wanted to arrange ourselves and they were so supportive and helpful in every wish we asked of them. Nothing and anytime was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.
