The whole experience with the Coop was excellent,at this most upsetting and stressful time all the arrangements were made by the Coop and carried out in the most professional way.All the staff were supportive and careing. Excellent service.

Anna is a wonderful, kind, caring person, nothing was too much trouble, I know she takes great care of the people in her care and shows them respect. She kept us informed every step of the way and was always there on the end of the phone answering any queries we had. She talked us through every step and gave us all the options. Gemma and her staff on the day of the funeral showed so much dignity and looked after all the family.

I can’t say enough about Sue and all the team. Everything was perfect and even though it’s one of the hardest times for families, the team made it all go to plan and helped us with everything. We thank you so much.

All round excellent service from the initial meeting with Marie to the ceremony itself. They made it trouble free at such an emotional and sad time. All the staff show empathy and understand. Cannot thank them enough.

My family and I were very impressed by the service provided for my mums funeral.
Daisy, the funeral aranger,was very professional and showed sensitivity and empathy and nothing was too much trouble.
The funeral director on the day was also very considerate and respectful .
Thank you from myself and my family for making a traumatic and sad day more bearable .

Professional service with friendliness. Exceptionally organised and willing to help at all times. Excellent communication via email, phone and face to face. Above all you would never guess just how busy they are, always calm supportive and have the knack to make you feel everything will be ok. It was the first time I’ve arranged a funeral so was slightly daunted as well as feeling the loss of my mum. The co-op were sensitive, professional and efficient. Everything went very smoothly and I have no hesitation recommending them to help you through a difficult, sad time.

My father's funeral was conducted in a very professional way. All attendees commented on the positive way he was farewelled. I do not have a bad word to say about the way the funeral went.

Outstanding service throughout the whole process.
Cathy made this difficult time more bearable, as she was so friendly, easy to talk to, explained things thoroughly, etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
Communication via emails was excellent, allowing us to proof read newspaper pieces and Order of Service several times.
It was a perfect send off for our Mum thanks to a truly first class professional service by Cathy, drivers, pallbearers and everyone else involved.
We really appreciate all that you did.
