Alan and his team were fantastic at assisting organising my husbands funeral. Nothing was too much bother for them, everything was extremely organised from the start to finish. On the day all staff were extremely smartly presented, and worked with dignity throughout.

At one of the most emotional times in our lives my family and I felt that nothing was too much trouble. Respect and concern has been shown by all the staff we came into contact with. We were informed of every stage and given as much time as we needed.

From the minute we needed them they were there, friendly staff made the whole process so much easier. The Co OP arranged everything including flowers and order of service, the service itself was wonderful with a touch of humour as mum would have liked it. They even found the german songs my mum loved so much to play throughout the service. I could not fault them in any way, thankyou so much for taking the stress out of organising and helping me and the family to say goodbye in the most wonderful way xx
