The experience at coop funeral home proctors road was fantastic, they made everything so easy .on the day I couldn't of asked for better no stress ,the politeness was out of this world and the consideration to our family was the same .

Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured that I had the send off for my husband that was important to both myself and our families offering their knowledge and expertise when requested and totally supporting my choices when made.

All persons involved kept me well informed of everything. They have a very good receipts system for anything taken into them or taken from them.
Everytime I was told someone would ring me top arrange or discuss something, they did.
Marie dealt with the funeral planning, she was lovely, brought us some tea and explained and helped plan everything thoroughly.
Aly was brilliant on the day and rang me to double check the plan the day before.
On recommendation from Marie, Andrew Key, an independent funeral celebrant, took the service. He was very helpful putting together the service and did everything as I wished as well as offering advice. He led the service brilliantly and all attendees were very complimentary.

Once we’d sorted out the Co-op versus Lincolnshire Co-op debacle so that my dad could go where he’d wanted to go the team at North Street were fantastic. Carla, especially, deserves a special mention. She is just the perfect person to be a Funeral Director. Her empathy and compassion helped to lighten the load during difficult days and she looked after dad very well. The whole team were marvellous, and I can’t praise them enough. Thank you all!
