Cathy was so professional but showed empathy as well. At a time when we our at sadness she guided me and gave me options and most of all nothing was to much trouble. The funeral was a memory I never forget and that was down to Cathy.

The funeral director was compassionate and understanding. She was usually available to answer queries, either on the phone or by email. The receptionists at Tritton Rd were also very helpful and understanding, whether visiting in person or talking on the phone.
On the funeral day, we were told exactly how to proceed and everything ran smoothly.Andy Turnbull replied

My family and I cannot thank Alan and his team at Boston Co. Op funeral service enough. Professional and dignified yet friendly and approachable they made a difficult day as easy as possible. First time I have had this responsibility, am I allowed to say will use them again.

Having found ourselves in a position with two bereavements, two weeks apart, we can't thank the team enough for the understanding and support at what has been a difficult time. Both services were well managed by all those involved and allowed us as a family to deal with the emotion of losing both our Step Father and Mother just before Christmas. Thank you
