The care hayley and her team gave my husband/dad was excellent from collecting him to the actual day of his service  they were always happy to help with any answers we needed. Hayley and her team are very dedicated and supportive. And we thank them for looking after us all, especially our mum who found it very difficult. Thank you hayley and team

I have no complaints, only as I said to Haley that I feel the coffinshould not go as far back on the floor in the crematorium, as sitting on the left hand side end seats, one cannot see the full coffin.  As for Haley and her company I thought them excellent, she was recommended to us by friends, I would recommend her company to anyone, she has empathy and is caring.  Her chapel of rest is so endearing to be able to be in to say ones last goodbyes to your loved one

Nothing was too much trouble for Hayley she made us feel at ease when organising the funeral and had lots of samples to give us ideas for example the order of service design etc and all of this was done in laid back surroundings ,we were also pleasantly surprised at the cost, I would definitely recommend Hayley and her excellent service

Hayley and her team were excellent. A homely feel greets you on your arrival, and Hayley's approach is relaxed but attentive and she is guided by you, not at all 'pushy'. Throughout the whole process, Hayley and her team were very accommodating of our needs, helpful and respectful. The day of the funeral went flawlessly, and all of our personal requests were catered for without question.
It's difficult making so many decisions on behalf of a lost one, but I know my wife, Angela, would have approved of our decision to use Hayley, and there can be no better comfort than that. G and T

The best funeral service ever they looked after my brother as you do worry they will be OK. But I truly know Haley and Dave certainly did. They rang us regular to let us know how he was. They are the most friendlest people I have ever come across. They made you feel warm and welcomed you anytime for viewings. The service was truly something else.
