From the moment I first spoke to Mark I knew that I was making the right choice of putting my father in his care. Mark & Louise helped guide me through a very difficult time, showed care & compassion & communicated throughout. Everything about the service was perfect from the Reverend to the horse & carriage. A family member told me that this was the best funeral they had been to. I could not recommend them enough.

From the first meeting with Mark at Rouse in the week prior to my husband's passing I knew that I had made the right choice, the kindness and compassion shown to myself and my boys when their dad died has been second to none, Mark and his family team are without doubt the best choice I made from our first meet then Mark collecting Alan in the early hours of a Sunday morning right through to the funeral earlier this week their professionalism and compassion I am sure could not be bettered.
I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for their service during an awful time for the family and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone going through the same, it is the small attention to detail as well as the service that makes the whole process bearable.

From the minute I contacted Mark and Louise they helped me through a very difficult time. They listened and advised when I needed it. Mark and Louise were so easy to talk to. They answered all my questions via email, txt or phonecall. Nothing was too much for them. They gave advice and explained how things would be on the day to a tee. We were able to use their chapel to say goodbye to my father before his funeral. 
Fantastic service and would highly recommend them.

Mark and his staff were wonderful making a very hard occasion go smoothly with the highest level of compassion. From the first phone call to them dropping us off for the celebration of my mother’s life they did everything possible to make sure it was what our family had envisioned. 5 stars really isn’t enough. 10 would be far more deserving. It is difficult loosing a loved one, the pain, the worry of having to arrange a funeral etc. Mark & Louise took all that stress away from us. They met our needs, they treated us as a family and my beloved Nan with respect, kindness and care. All the questions we had and the empathy and reassurance that they provided us.. nothing was ever too much for them. They made sure my nan had the send off that she truly deserved. Mark & Louise and the rest of the team at Rouse & Co you are absolutely honoured for what you do for bereaved families, the love, the dedication and the effort that you provide to make sure we are happy is breath taking. The turn out for my nans funeral couldn’t have been any better, it was everything and more & that’s thanks to you guys!

I would highly recommend Rouse and Co. They made a really horrible time so much easier. They were so lovely and done everything they could to help with any and all funeral arrangements. You can tell it’s not just a job to them, they really do care and accommodated my family all the way through the process. 
I’ve never arranged a funeral before but I know who I will be using whenever I have to arrange another. 
So grateful to Louise,Mark and their team they honestly were amazing!!
The celebrant Katie Costello was incredible!! You would think she knew my auntie because she captured her so beautifully in what she wrote.

I cannot recommend Mark and Louse Rouse more highly. They have held our hands through the loss of both my Mum and Dad. They are kind, gentle but also super efficient and are always ahead of the game in terms of what needs to be done next but without any pressure. And they can take stress themselves - so calm when I got stuck on a closed motorway with less than an hour before the funeral was due to start. Amazing people, thank you
