I can’t thank Louise & Mark at Rouse & Co. enough. We wanted to have my Dad’s funeral near to where he lived but as I don’t live nearby that meant I had to make all of the arrangements by phone and email. You would think that would make dealings with a funeral director far less personal, but Louise did an amazing job of supporting and helping me through everything that needed to be arranged. Even when there were unforeseen issues and I had to change or add things, Louise was always calm and caring and nothing was a problem or too much trouble. She really did take the stress away at such a difficult time and they really took care of my Dad and of me. On the day of the funeral Mark and his team of pallbearers were brilliant - Mark guided me through everything and I didn’t have to think or worry about anything, they made sure everything ran seamlessly. I really can’t recommend them enough!

I can't recommend Rouse & Co enough, i was arranging the funeral on behalf of my in laws and i called a few funeral homes and they weren't very helpful. I spoke to Louise and she was fantastic, helped me with everything and nothing was an issue.

The day of the funeral, Mark was very pleasant and kind, all the employees were smartly dressed and the cars were fantastic. Thank you for helping us to say a final farewell to a very loved Mum, Wife and Grandma.

Rouse and Co. Were nothing short of amazing. 

From start to finish, they treated us with respect, thoughtfulness and gave my Dad the uttermost dignity.

From when I first made contact with Louise, I didn’t know how to go about organising a funeral, but she put me at ease and helped me through the process. Rouse & Co made what has been an incredibly difficult time a little bit easier by providing a fantastic service and working within my budget. They have been patient, compassionate and understanding. They feel like a family and really do go the extra mile.

From start to finish the kindness and compassion from staff at Rouse and Co was impeccable. The whole experience was smooth and stress free. Louise was on the ball and tailored my dad's funeral to what we required and wished as a family. Nothing was too much trouble and the response when we needed something was second to none. On the day of the funeral the whole day was seamless and the celebrant was so kind,it was like she had known our family for a long time. She was on point with the tribute she wrote . We were given the personal touch at all times and are extremely grateful that the saddest situation was made easier.

THREE ANGELS DELIVERED INTO MY LIFE.

My mother passing away has broken me beyond any imaginable repair. Unable to face funeral arrangements, eventually I had to bite the bullet and go for it.
Who was I to trust with the most precious person in my life, well during the telephone calls I spoke with Rouse and Co Funeral Directors and it was the non sales, informative compassionate conversations that drew me closer.
Armed also with mums guidance I met with Louise and the planning began, during which I also met Mark and on a later date Marilyn.
Their compassion, patience and understanding is in my opinion immeasurable, after all you must understand that I was not able to last more than about 30 seconds without constantly breaking down. With their knowledge and assistance I chose a beautiful white coffin and pink satin lining and the arrangements were finalised for the funeral to take place at Bluebell Cemetery.

Louise called to let me know that they had collected my mother and arranged my visit to the chapel of rest, informing me that as the coffin was special order it may not be there in time, but mum would still look beautiful and would be comfortable.
I arrived two days later and not only did my mum look beautiful but they had managed to get her coffin delivery expediated and it too looked beautiful.

Eventually the day of the funeral arrived and the support from Mark and Louise was what kept me strong to see it through. They told me I wouldn't be alone and by god I wasn't. Mark was my crutch every step of the way.
The service was everything I hoped for, Rev Vincent Morrison was the perfect choice. Thank you father.

At the end of the service I remained briefly to say goodbye, again mark was there to support me, even bringing a single rose to lay with my mum.

I know this review I long and a bit of a story but it has to be, It is just my attempt to convey my eternal thanks and gratitude to Mark, Louise, Marilyn and all the pallbearers for the excellent service you provided along with the genuine heartfelt tenderness and care you gave my mum.
Thank you all for understanding me, thank you for reading my mind and knowing exactly what I needed for mum and myself, thank you for going above and beyond, thank you for keeping her safe. Thank you for the angel wings you set upon my angels chest. Thank you for the phone calls to check on my welfare, before and after the funeral.
I truly just cannot recommend or thank you enough!
You will all always be a part of my family.
