Louise and Mark helped my family with the most difficult period of anyone's life.
They were exceptionally kind and understanding. They offered my family hundreds
of pounds of services, free of charge. They provided at no cost services that our hospital could not. They cared for our loved one, and we will

Mark Rouse went above and beyond what I expected, to try to expedite the Coroner's report, to enable the funeral of the deceased.
He was also very helpful in the other arrangements, with the burial, liaising with the Rabbi and printers

No words can describe the care and professionalism Mark and his team put into my mum's funeral .
So much so that Mark made us feel as though he was a friend rather than a funeral director.
We had previously used Rouse and Co for my late father in laws funeral so had no hesitation when my mum passed as to who to call to arrange her funeral.
From retrieving the body to the last goodbye every single detail was exemplary, and left us with virtually nothing to do in the whole process.
I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else in the future when the need arises.

This, my third funeral to plan, was by far the easiest to arrange and was the smoothest on the day. Rouse and Co certainly live up to their excellent reviews. Mark was tremendously responsive and considerate all the way through and I had absolute faith that we, and my father, were being well looked after. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I think the fact that they are a family run business rather than a chain makes all the difference.

Rouse & Co provided an excellent service from first contact.
Louise and Mark were kind, polite and efficient in all communications and made a very difficult job much easier for us. We conducted all communications via email and WhatsApp video call as we are not local and their assistance and local knowledge was invaluable. Thank you for giving our lovely Mum a great send off.

Mark and Louise did an excellent job arranging my father's funeral. They were fast, professional and kind. They weren't as limited for choice of time and day as other directors are for the basic package, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to arrange to better suit my family. The service went without a hitch. They took care of everything for me and are in touch with a lovely priest who was very helpful too. I definitely recommend them.

Mark Rouse is a dedicated funeral director. Through him we met Barbara Gentilella, who was so kind to us that we will be worshipping at the church where she ministers from now on.
Mark and Louise were fast in responding to my emails, always efficiently and to the point.


The service they provided was stream lined, dignified, attentive and empathetic.
I can recommend them highly.
Bereavement is such a overwhelming time that having someone calm and collected like Mark is very helpful indeed. They made my life as a new widow much better than I feared.
I can also recommned the Cremation chapel at Mitchum road cemetary very highly. I have been to cremation chapels that were small and dreary, so the beauty of the gardens and the quiet dignity of the West Chapel was a welcome surprise. My thanks to all involved. I hope my beloved husband was pleased and is now in peace.
