Dealing with funeral arrangements from 250 miles away seemed a daunting task but as soon as I spoke with Mark I felt confident that it would all be fine. My many emails and phone calls with questions were answered swiftly, efficiently and with great empathy and meeting Mark and his team on the day confirmed that dealing with an independent was far more personal than with a large chain. Thank you Mark for all your help, right up until the ashes were scattered last week.

I could not have asked for anymore love and care than mark and co showed us. He took care of my mum when I couldn’t due to having a baby just after losing my dad. Nothing was ever too much trouble not even when I needed help to reach in and give my dad a kiss goodbye. I will always be eternally grateful. I recommend highly if you want your hardest days to be made a little easier with a touch of love and a lot of care. Thank you again mark and Carrie. I will never forget what you did for us. Xxxxx
