What can I say about Rouse & Co Independent Funeral Directors

Both Mark and Louise whom we were in regular contact with were so, so understanding and sympathetic.

In fact, they seem to know how we wanted our dad looked after and were happy for us to see him anytime and numerous times. Plus they knew somehow what our requirements were for the cremation of dad. How we wanted dad to come home, our puja service, the music to be placed at the chapel and our service at the chapel and involvement with the priest. Being Indian and for Rouse & Co being aware of our culture this really helped.

Thank you Rouse & Co for making our farewell to our dad so stressless and pleasant.

No amount of words are enough to express my gratitude to Mark, Louise and the team.

Having spoke to three other funeral directors, i knew within the first few minutes that i wanted Mark to take care of my dear sweet dad. Mark said "don't worry, we'll look after Dad" and i knew he would without a doubt.

Mark has a very calming and reassuring voice; which is so important in times like this. Mark really loves what he does and takes care of our loved one's in such a thoughtful and respectful manner.

I know my sweet dad was treated with dignity and respect in the care of Rouse & Co. I know my dad would have shook your hand and brought you a drink to say thank.

Thanks so much for everything. It's a scary and daunting process however; Mark made it feel like he was with me the whole time. All the best, Winston's Daughter, Antoinette. xx

Rouse and Co provided an amazing service and compassionate and intimate care of the deceased. Was very helpful and informative which was crucial as was my first time in need of a funeral director.

I could not conceive of anyone else providing the level of care and diligence shown by Rouse and Co and would very highly recommend their services to any and all I know.

Sadly I had to call back on Rouse and Co the same year to deal with my Mums service. I knew with experience from my Brothers service that Mark would take great care of my lovely Mum. He gave us some fantastic ideas of how to make it special even though we had a budget, it was put together beautifully. I cannot praise the service given to us enough. If you care about someone and want a superb send off with care and dignity then just call into this Funeral Directors and find out for yourself like I did. The big company's don't care the same.

My Brother was very special to my Mum. I called in to Rouse and Co and was greeted by a very humble and kind man by the name of Mark. He made everything seem so easy and took everything out of my hands giving me time to deal with my Mum. Mark called regular to clarify things and confirm that all is fine and in place. The service was performed with
professionalism and dignity. Mark organised the celebrant who was a lovely lady called Grace again she was excellent and came to see us to organise the service.

Sadly, I have to call on Rouse&Co. again less than a year after arranging Dad’s send off. This time it’s for Mama and just as before, everyone @ Rouse has been very helpful, supportive, thoughtful and understanding of all our needs. From dealing with the hospital, the church & crematorium services, the viewings - they have been very flexible, accommodating and there’s always someone at the end of the phone to answer all our queries. An exceptional service in such a sad time. Thank you so so much Mark, Louise & to everyone at Rouse... from the bottom of my heart.

Rouse and co have recently carried out my fathers funeral .   At a difficult time there friendly and totally professional service meant nothing was overlooked and helped me and my family through the day , nothing was to much trouble for them .

I cannot fault Rouse & Co who provided the funeral service when my father passed away.
They provided a very personal service and were very professional and compassionate.

I chose Rouse and Co to look after my loved one and me after reading their excellent reviews which showed they go the extra mile for their customers. Mark and Carrie-Anne have guided me through a very difficult time with care and kindness. I wouldn't have been able to get through everything without them. They provided me with a service which met all my expectations but which was also affordable and never tried to sell me things I didn't need or want. They consulted me at every step and Mark personally delivered my loved one to my home after cremation. I'm so happy I chose them for my loved one and myself. Thank you both Mark and Carrie-Anne.
