It is sad that we have yet again had to use a funeral directors derive. As we lose another love one. However, each time we do, our first and only call would be to Louise and mark at rouse & co. There independent service is family oriented, you feel completely listened too. Your wishes are carried out with the utmost respect and care plus compassion. When I go I know who I want to use. I think that says it all. I want the best and in my view rouse & co are!

I cannot thank Rouse & Co. Ltd enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed while arranging the funeral of my mother. From the first phone call, the team were kind, understanding, and patient, guiding us gently through every step at such a difficult time.  

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they handled everything with dignity and respect. Their attention to detail and the personal touches they added brought great comfort to our family.

Rouse & Co are an excellent Funeral director’s with very friendly helpful and professional staff. Due to a very sudden 
bereavement of my Mother Mary.
We found Rouse & Co online and was very impressed with a member of staff called Louise who was so supportive understanding helpful and friendly. Louise advised us what to do which we did. She kept us informed about everything via phone and email.
Mark was the Funeral Director was excellent and professional at his job. His friendly helpful and approachable manner and was caring like all other members of staff. We had a 5 star quality funeral for our Mother Mary nothing was too much trouble for the staff at Rouse & Co. 
We would highly this funeral directors to anybody who’s going through a bereavement.

Brilliant service provided by Rouse & Co. Dad was well looked after by the team and they made the whole process as smooth as possible. They were very accommodating when visiting Dad at their Chapel of Rest and we could see the efforts the team had gone to, giving us the reassurance we needed at this difficult time. On the day of the funeral Mark ensured we were we informed and guided us throughout. Special thanks to Louise and Mark!
