They took care of every detail, making sure the service was exactly what we wanted. Their kindness made a tough time a bit easier, and I’m truly grateful. Rouse and Co were excellent from our first visit to arrange our Dads funeral.Louise and Mark were kind,thoughtful and helped us arrange everything that we wanted.
They kept updated on everything and were always on the other end of the phone no matter what time.

Absolute 1st class service from the entire team at Rouse & Co, from the initial out of hours phone call with Mark right up until we parted at the end of the service. The entire process felt very personal and the attention to detail was exceptional. From the moment I first spoke to Mark I knew that I was making the right choice of putting my father in his care. Mark & Louise helped guide me through a very difficult time, showed care & compassion & communicated throughout. Everything about the service was perfect from the Reverend to the horse & carriage. From the first meeting with Mark at Rouse in the week prior to my husband's passing I knew that I had made the right choice, the kindness and compassion shown to myself and my boys when their dad died has been second to none, Mark and his family team are without doubt the best choice I made from our first meet then Mark collecting Alan in the early hours of a Sunday morning right through to the funeral earlier this week their professionalism and compassion I am sure could not be bettered.
I thank them all from the bottom of my heart for their service during an awful time for the family and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone going through the same, it is the small attention to detail as well as the service that makes the whole process bearable.

From the minute I contacted Mark and Louise they helped me through a very difficult time. They listened and advised when I needed it.
