Mark & Co were amazing, they went above and beyond, done everything we had asked and more. Even though it was a sad time, they made you feel at ease.  When we visited our family member in the chapel of rest she looked beautiful. The lady that Mark put us onto for the service Grace was amazing too, she was very calm and it was such a lovely service.  Would 100% recommend Rouse & Co and would use them again. Family and friends commented on how lovely everything was.  Thank you Rouse & Co you were all amazing.  We were very happy with the service you provided for us, from the 1st phone call, leading up to the funeral and on the day.

From my initial contact, to the organising and support given was a cut above the rest. I have never had so much care and positive regards given in such a short space of time. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone that wants a stress free process surrounding a death.

Myself and my family was over the moon with Rouse & Co. Independent Funeral Directors. The first Funeral Director had seriously let us down with has cause emotionally stress to our 92 old mum. Mark stepped in and we could not ask for a better service, Mark was so understanding to our needs, he was on call when ever we needed to talk.

My sister was finally put to rest with the dignity that she desired. I would not hesitate to recommend Rouse & Co to anyone. Thank you, Thank you.

Rouse and Company have been extremely supportive from start to finish.

Like most people, we knew very little about the funeral process, but Mark and his team were extremely supportive and helpful from the very first phone call and are still helping us today, after the cremation has taken place

Rouse and Company have been extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and this has been greatly appreciated by the whole family.

Nothing has been too much trouble, and the team have responded quickly to every question

We know these are difficult times and the teams professionalism has shone through.

Mark and the team looked after us recently for my dad funeral.

They were transparent with prices and we paid exactly what we expected. Communication with them was easy and timely. Getting back to us very promptly when we reached out and preventively when required.

They choose a celebrant, Grace, for us who could not have a better person to help us celebrate my dad’s life.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend them higher and thank them all.

Mark at Rouse and Co. dealt with everything for us without any fuss and with clear information and instructions. He asked questions in a respectful way, understanding our distress. Even though we had little time to organise everything it certainly didn't feel like he was rushing us. He was respectful, kind and understanding, and I was pleased with how everything went.
