Brilliant service provided by Rouse & Co. Dad was well looked after by the team and they made the whole process as smooth as possible. They were very accommodating when visiting Dad at their Chapel of Rest and we could see the efforts the team had gone to, giving us the reassurance we needed at this difficult time. On the day of the funeral Mark ensured we were we informed and guided us throughout. Special thanks to Louise and Mark!

Mark, Louise, and Team, from start to finish we're incredible. Extremely kind and considerate, and very helpful ensuring explanation and recommendations throughout. We were able to easily communicate with them via email and WhatsApp (eveb after hours). The day ran completely smooth with Mark and team in total control; it was a relief to know we were in very safe hands. Highly recommend without reservation.

This is the 2nd time we have used Mark and his team and cannot praise them enough for their empathy and professionalism . In the difficult and uncertain situation you find yourself in they are there to guide and support you as much or as little as you need and are comfortable with. Louise is so supportive and nothing is too much trouble and keeps you updated every move of the way. They also have a wonderful support framework from the florist through to Katie the celebrant they recommended.

Please, please don't be put off by their reasonable prices. You could go elsewhere and pay a lot more, but I'd be surprised if you received anything like the brilliant service you will get from Rouse & Co. They truly are a 5 star company.

From my initial contact, Mark and his team were superb. Friendly, helpful and sympathetic - nothing was too much trouble. They arranged EVERYTHING with no fuss - really important at times like this.
I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.
