Me and Norma got on very well with everyone involved with David’s funeral. You were all very lovely and gave us the best send off for our Dad, Husband brother and friends. from our initial meeting with Louise and follow up questions with Grace, to the day of the funeral we were treated with respect and understanding, the professionalism of the team on the day was amazing, they guided my family pall bearers so well and the whole thing went off without a hitch, i will recommend them to any one i know in the future. I thought there may be a slight drop in the quality of their service because of how cheaper they were across their competitors. I was wrong.

Everyone I dealt with from this company from my first call to them to the funeral itself were nothing short of wonderful.

At such a sad and difficult time they explained and guided me through everything with ease and simplicity, they put Grace the celebrant in touch with me and she was amazing, the service she put together was absolutely beautiful.

On the day Mark introduced himself and talked me though the way everything would go, he made sure I was okay and was so kind.

My husband’s family personally recommended Rouse & Co as they were the FD for a few family members they’d sadly lost. From the moment we first got in touch about my mum’s funeral, Mark, Louise & Grace were so easy to deal with - compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable and generous with their time in communicating using the methods we preferred. We had such a good feeling about them after the initial call that we didn’t even speak to any other FDs & we’re so glad we went with them.
