Rouse and Co provided an amazing service and compassionate and intimate care of the deceased. Was very helpful and informative which was crucial as was my first time in need of a funeral director. I could not conceive of anyone else providing the level of care and diligence shown by Rouse and Co and would very highly recommend their services to any and all I know.

Sadly I had to call back on Rouse and Co the same year to deal with my Mums service. I knew with experience from my Brothers service that Mark would take great care of my lovely Mum. He gave us some fantastic ideas of how to make it special even though we had a budget, it was put together beautifully. I cannot praise the service given to us enough. If you care about someone and want a superb send off with care and dignity then just call into this Funeral Directors and find out for yourself like I did. The big company's don't care the same.

My Brother was very special to my Mum. I called in to Rouse and Co and was greeted by a very humble and kind man by the name of Mark. He made everything seem so easy and took everything out of my hands giving me time to deal with my Mum. Mark called regular to clarify things and confirm that all is fine and in place. The service was performed with professionalism and dignity. Mark organised the celebrant who was a lovely lady called Grace again she was excellent and came to see us to organise the service.
