As a family we were very impressed with the respect and professionalism that Rouse showed my dad and us as a whole when completing his last final steps. 
They were very helpful and understanding with any queries we had. 
Mark and the Team made us feel we could rely on them.

Wonderful caring service from our first call to Rouse and Co to our Mothers final cremation service. The whole team at this family independent funeral company went above and beyond to make sure our Hindu customs were adhered to and made sure our mother was shown great care and dignity throughout. The Rouse team stepped in and helped us when we were let down by a National funeral firm. Thank you so much to the whole team at Rouse as you really helped us at this difficult moment.

Mark and Louise dealt with my mother's funeral arrangements with great sensitivity even when there were a few problems regarding the graveside service Mark went over and above to rectify the issue by finding a Revd at short notice. Nothing was a problem, and there was no need for me to visit them as Mark would travel to my mother’s home to pick up clothes, delivered the order of service booklets and to discuss the funeral arrangements. Nothing was problem, and I was treated with sensitivity and care. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for looking after our mum.

What can I say about Rouse & Co Independent Funeral Directors

Both Mark and Louise whom we were in regular contact with were so, so understanding and sympathetic.

In fact, they seem to know how we wanted our dad looked after and were happy for us to see him anytime and numerous times. Plus they knew somehow what our requirements were for the cremation of dad. How we wanted dad to come home, our puja service, the music to be placed at the chapel and our service at the chapel and involvement with the priest. Being Indian and for Rouse & Co being aware of our culture this really helped.

Thank you Rouse & Co for making our farewell to our dad so stressless and pleasant.

No amount of words are enough to express my gratitude to Mark, Louise and the team.

Having spoke to three other funeral directors, i knew within the first few minutes that i wanted Mark to take care of my dear sweet dad. Mark said "don't worry, we'll look after Dad" and i knew he would without a doubt.

Mark has a very calming and reassuring voice; which is so important in times like this. Mark really loves what he does and takes care of our loved one's in such a thoughtful and respectful manner.

I know my sweet dad was treated with dignity and respect in the care of Rouse & Co. I know my dad would have shook your hand and brought you a drink to say thank.
