TFS have done it all before and take care of every little detail with sensitivity and dignity. Every "what about this and "what about that" you wake up worrying about has been taken care of and if not, they will sort it out!
Their service could not have been better.

Nichola and Peter were amazing from start to finish. They answered every question we had and made all the arrangement for my mum's funeral. Liam was  very understanding and considerate from our initial chat right through to the day of the funeral.  He is a fantastic member of the team.  
On the day of our funeral the whole team was very discreet, respectful and professional.

From the first time going to Thornalley of Swaffham we were met by Nichola she was such a lovely caring lady ,we sat down a went through the list of our needs she then
phoned the Gt Massingham church warden and the funeral was booked that first day. If we had any queries we just had to phone and they were sorted. The funeral itself went like clockwork with Peter and his staff.

Mum arranged her funeral plan with Thornally in 2015, such a wonderful gift for us at this difficult time. The superb staff at Thornally went over the details with us to make sure mum had the service she requested. Everyone we met and spoke with were super helpful, empathic, and understanding.
The environment was perfect, calm, considered, attention to detail, and the chaple of rest was beautiful.
The support offered from the moment I called right through to aftercare for the whole family was excellent.
