You guided us through each stage of the arrangements so carefully so on the day it went perfectly a wonderful send off to a much loved relative.

The team have been very supportive and sensitive in arranging my mother's funeral. They were able to offer helpful suggestions and guide us through the process of what would be needed which was very useful as we'd never arranged a funeral before. They regularly kept in touch including on the day of the funeral which allowed us to ask questions as needed.
Very professional friendly service, would recommend to anyone.

From the first moment we walked in, we were met with a warm greeting and friendly face. From then on nothing has been too much trouble. The whole team has been so accommodating and nothing was ever a problem. Thornalley has helped enormously, from what has been one of the most hardest times to making everything go smoothly. We can’t thank Thornalley enough for all their help and would recommend their services to anyone. We would never go anywhere else now.
