From the first moment we walked in, we were met with a warm greeting and friendly face. From then on nothing has been too much trouble. The whole team has been so accommodating and nothing was ever a problem. Thornalley has helped enormously, from what has been one of the most hardest times to making everything go smoothly. All of the staff at TFS were very helpful, kind and considerate and went that extra mile in making everything as easy as possible. This was very important as I was having to make many of the arrangements from almost 200 miles away. TFS regularly contacted me which provided the reassurance that everything would go according to plan on the day which it did. My brother's funeral was conducted in a very professional but personal way which was appreciated by all the family.

I am so very impressed with the service I received from I had to contact them to the day of the funeral. Sam was a huge support to me and no question was too much to ask and I felt that my mother was in the best hands on her final journey.
