From the first phone call and then the personnel contact you feel comfortable with the supportive guidance and dignity associated during the emotional time during all elements of the funeral. As a family run business you feel the bond from one family to another making the whole journey that much more meaningful and fulfilling.The continued support will only help us come to terms with the grief and sadness that comes with this difficult part in life itself.

I would just like to say thank you so much. You was so compassionate with me and my brothers. I know you looked after my lovely dad, why he was with you. On the day of the funeral I couldn’t have asked for more, the way you looked after us and everything on the day was just perfect. Making a very sad day run as best as it can. Highly recommend this Funeral Director.  A caring, considerate and professional service with nothing to fault. Every staff member we dealt with introduced themselves and spent as much time as we needed.  Continuity of care was second to none, especially by Traci and Andrew.  During the funeral we were gently guided as to what to do and never rushed.  The Celebrant, Helen, visited us at home and created with us a memorable and apt service for my Dad.  After the day we were offered the opportunity to undertake counselling at no further charge and sent a wild flower seed heart to plant in the garden….lovely and appreciated gestures from a wonderful team.
