The funeral was conducted by Andrew and I was kept up to date at all times. It was a lovely simple ceremony and one person said he had been to many funerals but this was up there with one of the best.

The staff were very kind and had time for me, I felt they considered my feelings and did everything they could to help me through a very difficult time. I felt reassured and confident that my loved one was safe and respected while in their care. The funeral was just as we planned and on the day the staff were very respectful and considerate of my feelings.

Peter and the team at thornalleys delivered another fantastic service.
It is a difficult time ,saying goodbye to a loved one,the team at thornalleys are with you every step of the way to give you choices and help to arrange the send off you want,when you are not operating at your best and navigating forms and bureaucracy you are not used to-they are there so you can concentrate on whats important to you.
I cannot recommend them Highly enough and thank them for helping me give my parents the respect and final journey they deserved.

I have now planned three funerals with Thornalleys. One at Kings Lynn and two with Dersingham. Their service is faultless and they make a difficult time, much easier. I sadly lost my husband last year and my Dad this year. Sam and Nicky at Dersingham are kindness itself and always greet you with a really nice smile and a warm welcome, whatever you’re popping in to do or ask. 
Very professional but with a human side.

Unfortunately I’ve had two funerals very close together but Peter & Nichola were very professional and helpful. Making everything smooth & easy to arrange. 
On the day itself  Peter & the other staff all very professional made it a very smooth lovely funeral for my mum.

We used Thornalley funeral directors for my father’s funeral and recently my mother’s funeral and I cannot praise them enough. 
They were thoughtful and caring from the start of the process through to the end and were very professional.
