My father passed away at home and Thornalleys dealt with everything in a thoroughly professional and compassionate way throughout. This helped make the whole process so much easier for the family to deal with. In particular, I would like to mention Traci who dealt with me personally and for whom nothing was too difficult to deal with and Andrew who made several comforting calls and ensured everything went to plan on the day of the funeral.

Thornalley funeral services provided an excellent service for our family from start to finish and beyond. Every member of staff we were involved with treated us with so much care and compassion. We were kept up to date with proceedings every step of the way from day 1. Once we provided our wishes for the service every thing was taken care of resulting in a perfectly planned and prepared service that our wonderful Mum would have been so proud of. Five stars plus for communication, customer service and compassion and care which is a rare thing today. Thank you Andrew and your first class team.
