We asked for backfill and the undertakers said on the day that no one told them.so we were told to come back in an hour when the grave would be filled. Very disappointed.

The service provided to me were of the very highest in terms quality of care, compassion and professionalism. 
I could not have wished for better nicer people at a difficult time but the team in Northallerton went above and beyond what I was expecting, especially Sharon Pemberton who gave up her day off to come and ensure all went well. 
I cannot speak highly enough of them all.
