Ben helped make a sad day more bearable with his kind and professional manner. From start to finish Ben has made us a family feel informed and comforted. We couldn't have asked for better support during the process of organising Mick's funeral.

I being the mum of my dear daughter Jo,who was in your care from the wisdom hospice 
Would like to say that I am very pleased with everything you did for us as a family.
You explained everything to us and I felt Jo was safe and given respect until her funeral day.
Where the funeral was run again with respect for us as a family. The horses and carriage were stunning. The pink feathers stood out beautifully. We were treated so well and were introduced to Bullit and Floyed the two beautiful horses,the children of Jo and Richard loved talking with the horses and stroking them,this helped ease the day for them.i like to say thank you for being there to take the burden of all the things that make it harder to cope with. You were all friendly and so respectful.. Mrs Gina Barbour .. God Bless you all ..

This is the second time I have had occasion to use the services provided by J Weir Funeral Directors of Rainham Kent and have found their staff to be very professional, kind, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to make a success of an otherwise difficult time.
Arrangements on the day went off without a hitch thanks to the Directors flexibility and the service as a whole was a great success.

My dad recently passed away. The staff at the Parkwood branch, were lovely. They explained the process every step of the way and gave us time to choose just what we wanted. They were sympathetic and professional throughout the whole process, from the first meeting, to the service,the cars and attendants and on completion. I cannot fault the service we received at such a difficult time and would like to say thank you to all the staff involved with our care.

We have used John Weir before and were pleased. This time proved even better, they seemed to have moved with the times and their customer service seems to have improved again. Nothing was so much trouble, when we were following exact requests. The day passed well, thanks to the skill of John Weir. Especial thanks to Sharon and the team at the crematorium.  At times like these, you don't need the extra worry about the funeral directors.
