My mums funeral was handled with dignity at every stage.
The staff in the Gillingham office were understanding and helped with all requests made by the family.
On the day the hearse looked lovely and the men were friendly and helpful before & after the service.

John weir’s has been amazing from start to finish. From the very first emotional phone call to the call the day after the funeral to check everything was ok, they have been there for the whole family and nothing was to big or to small for them to do. 

Every contact made was dealt with professionally and with compassion. Every question asked, no matter how silly it seemed was answered with honesty. 

I never knew how many things were needed to b thought of once your loved one had passed away but John Weir’s were there to guide us every step of the way. They have made one of the hardest times in our lives that but easier to deal with and we will be forever thankful.

I wish to commend John Weir for the professional, empathetic and seamless, perfect service delivered by Julia of their Parkwood, Rainham, Kent branch and her colleagues in the Rainham branch.
Julia is an experienced, gentle, kind funny lady who put me at my ease from the moment I her met her when I walked into her "office". She asked me what I would like and gently assisted and advised me through an extremely difficult time and unknown territory.
Her listening skills are second to none, my head and heart were in a turmoil and everything I wanted came out in a jumble. Julia made sense of it all, she was so patient and kind and put it all into perspective.
Her customer skills shone again when she met our daughter, our only child who idolised her Dad. We wanted to be the last two people to leave the chapel to say our personal goodbyes and lay roses on my husband's coffin. Julia assured us that one of "The Gentleman" would respectfully appear in the chapel to let us know that if we were ready we may wish to enjoy the sunshine outside. Kevin was that "Gentleman" in every sense of the word. He and his colleagues treated my Husband, myself, daughter, family and friends with the utmost respect.
Mr Weir I did have a quote with a competitor, a very large company, a household name. Regardless of money, not a patch on your company John Weir. The service delivery in their cramped, dark office was shambolic, the complete opposite of Julia's which was crystal clear. On a lighter note Mr Weir, to coin a cliche Julia made my day, please tell her this, she is a credit to your company. She is such a lovely, warm, bubbly, professional person and I hope she is valued.
I would highly recommend your company and when my time comes I hope John Weir will still be there to give me the same wonderful service we enjoyed for my darling husband. Thank you Julia.

Teresa at Watling Street could not have been more supportive throughout and treated us as a family and my mum and dad with absolute respect. The funeral was beautiful.  Drivers were respectful and professional, we could not have asked for more.
