This is the second time we have used John Weir in the space 27 months and on both occasions have found their service excellent. At all times they were very attentive and concerned about our needs and requirements and extremely empathetic. I would certainly recommend to anyone who has to deal with a funeral.

First class service. Staff very caring, had no worries about anything, the staff sorted everything for us, nothing was two much trouble. Which is what you want at a time like this, First class Team all immaculate,could not fault anything whatsoever.very very caring staff. Made my Mums send off first class.

We truly appreciated the way staff at John Weir, Rainham helped to make a very painful experience for our family so much easier to bare. Special thanks to Sharon for helping with the planning - Melanie for her patience and caring ways with Mum when we visited Dad to pay our final respects, also Shane and his team on the day of the funeral - all a massive credit to the company.

Dad had a beautiful send off - every single thing we requested was done perfectly. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this branch and amazing staff to anyone in need of a professional and compassionate service in their time of grief.

I have been to other funerals, have always been impressed with the apparent ease with which the company looks after, sorts out, can look after all aspects for, in this instance my daughters and I.

I cannot recommend John Weir highly enough. We have had cause to work with them twice within a month, which was obviously personally challenging but the team there have been fantastic and found the right balance between making sure that things were arranged in time and keeping a respectful space to allow time to grieve.
Everything was faultlessly arranged and clearly communicated.

Sadly this is the second time we've had need of their services in the past two years but both times we've been entirely satisfied with the company. The staff were respectful, polite and helpful and both funerals went smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

An Excellent Service. Very friendly, sympathetic & helpful staff, who made sure everything was organised correctly every step of the way. The Pallbearers at my Fathers Funeral were excellent, guiding me through everything I needed to do during the whole Service. The Speaker was excellent, helping me to remember things about my Dad for the Eulogy & the Photographer produced a wonderful video of the Service & some final pictures of my Dad lying at rest in the private chapel.
Overall I was extremely impressed with the Professionalism of everyone involved in helping me organise my Fathers Funeral & would Highly recommend John Weir Funeral Directors.

John Weir organised the funeral of our uncle on Saturday 6th August. The service our family received was absolutely impeccable. The funeral service was beautiful and our uncle's every wish was fulfilled. John Weir and his staff were throughout models of dignity, empathy and complete support. The memory of our uncle will be forever framed by the very moving and meaningful service which John Weir was instrumentative in helping conduct. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending John Weir to your family and loved ones.
