Couldn’t fault the service received. We were dealt with professionally and with kind consideration in awful circumstances. Teresa at Watling Street could not have been more supportive throughout and treated us as a family and my mum and dad with absolute respect. The funeral was beautiful.  Drivers were respectful and professional, we could not have asked for more.

Everything was dealt with to a very high standard, from discussing and agreeing arrangements at our first meeting, subsequent engagement to confirm the details for the printed order of service and other arrangements for the day, and then all the services provided on the day itself. 1st class service throughout but surprised that payment had to be made up front and prior to service being provided. Had thought that Executors had up to 8 weeks to settle before interest accrued. That aside absolutely no complaints.

Ben from the Chatham branch could not have been more helpful and dealt with our arrangements for my Father very respectfully. He was not intrusive at all and really helped us with all the options and contact us the day before to go over all the arrangments. They Undertakers on the day were very professional and respectfull.

Thank all the staff for such a professional, friendly and sensitive service from the time we first visited to the day of the funeral. Especially Ben who was the main contact for us. We felt we could ask any questions even if they sounded silly or not relevant to proceedings. This made what was a very sad time for my family an easier experience.

They helped us to arrange a funeral bespoke for dad and matched our requests perfectly and with attention to detail allowing us to give dad the send-off we wanted. Having to arrange my sons's funeral was very difficult but from the moment I met firstly Amanda and then Ben at John Weir's in Chatham I felt that they totally understood the grief I was going through. They gave me time to consider what was on offer and make my decision to instruct them to conduct my son's funeral.
I explained that I wanted a celebrant to conduct the service and they provided me with Bridget who was excellent
When I had advised them of everything I wanted from the music to the order of service they made sure my wishes were carried out. Compassion and empathy was shown throughout . I am really grateful for all their care and organisation.

We had courteous and prompt attention throughout. We didn't have what you would consider a 'normal' service - no one battered an eyelid and treated our requests with respect and consideration.
