I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received from John Weir in assisting me in arranging John's service. Theresa has been/was a great help and provided a seamless service together with a lot of support and kindness which helped me to get through an extremely difficult/upsetting time (especially dealing with the hospital/coroner). I cannot thank her enough. The gentlemen who drove us and attended to us at the Crematorium could not have been kinder and understanding, even to helping my daughter-in-law's parents (who are not well themselves) to feel as if they were not being rushed or holding people up. I will not hesitate to recommend John Weir (Gillingham and Theresa) to anyone. I must also thanks Theresa for suggesting Maria as the celebrant she also was excellent and very compassionate. I cannot praise John Weir and his team enough for the way they conducted the after death care of my husband. They were compassionate, empathic and totally professional. Nothing was left to chance and their care of me was as good as the care of my husband.
Every member of the team performed to the very highest standard. They are simply the best!

The funeral was led by Shane and all the boys did a fantastic job. They were courteous and very professional. We would definitely recommend John Weir Funeral Directors to any one that sadly needs one.
Amanda made everything so much easier for us at a time when we were very upset. She discussed everything and made suggestions and we would also like to thank you for organising the Celebrant Kathryn Symmons who was wonderful.

Brilliant service. From the first steps of meeting Teresa at the Gillingham brance who was really welcoming and patient with me and my 2 sisters. To the funeral conductors on the day who were very prossesional and very attentive to our needs. Shane in particular was excellent.
I would definitely recommend John Weir. We have used them for both my mum and dads funeral now, as you are guaranteed the top level of service. A big thank you to Teresa and the team.
