Where should I start !!!! 28 years ago I lost my mum and we used John Weir in Rainham. Without any hesitation we used them again for my husband hubby. They have been fantastic and special to Amanda and Ben in the Chatham office. A special thank you to Kevin on the day. Such a professional family run business.

I cannot thank Deana and the staff at John Weir, Rainham enough. The process of organising a service for a loved one is incredibly daunting. Deana's caring and compassionate manner help guide me through the process, and made the whole process feel easier to accomplish and took a huge weight from my shoulders.

I was also amazed and incredibly grateful that John Weir had records going back far enough for my Father's service (which my Mother organised), which I was able to draw some parallels from when arranging my Mother's service.

My father Bob and myself and my brothers peter and Michael would like to say Thank you for the care you gave our mum and Bobs wife. After 61 years of marriage my dad has lost his life partner and best friend. Amanda made our loss so much easier. She is such an asset to your firm. The service we received was exceptional right down to Ben making sure the day went well. Excellent firm and you will never realise how your service helped and what it meant to Bob. Thank you again from all our heart.

I cannot thank you enough Deana for the way you looked after us and especially Carol. Nothing was too much for you and you were always in contact to make sure everything was all right. You said you could do anything we asked and you were very true to your word. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Gillingham branch of John Weir Funeral Directors. I was treated with compassion and understanding. The team at John Weir are brilliant. Very sympathetic at such a terrible time and go through everything thoroughly with you. Even on the day the guys that pick you up talk you through what will happen and are very attentive. We have used John Weir before, and again have no complaints about the service received. This extended from Teresa in the office to Shane and the pallbearers at the funeral. All instructions and requests were followed, and the sad occasion was made easier by their good service.

Amanda , Shane and the team were dignified from the moment they took my father from the care home. Amanda was very tentitive during the funeral preparations and nothing was to much trouble , even when I called after the office had closed to find Amanda still there to answer my questions.
On the day of the funeral Shane was very discrete, professional and again, dignified  but always there when we needed him. Even handing my mum and I a rose from the flowers as we left was a lovely touch.
