The care and understanding was absolutely amazing from all the staff. Ben in particular was so helpful under the circumstances his kind words and the efficient way he dealt with our needs was amazing. At this difficult time, it was made easier by the kindness shown by all the staff at Chatham.

We received a superb service from our Rainham Branch of Weirs. Melanie was so professional yet empathetic, she made me so comfortable and at ease. She kept in constant contact with me and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral everything went without a hitch and the staff were again absolutely brilliant.

We would definitely recommend Weirs.

i came to John Weir without hesitation to organise my fathers funeral as I had such a good experience when dealing with Amanda after my mum had died only 5 months previously.  She showed the same compassion and understanding and nothing was too much trouble,  once again it took some of the pain and worry away from what is a terribly sad time.  Amanda is a lovely girl and in my opinion the perfect person to have in this role.  Many thanks once again to all the team.

Can't thank you enough!! Superb professional service throughout the whole process.
The guidance and help given was exceptional and helped reduce the stress levels for all concerned. The funeral went without a hitch, and the employees were exemplary in carrying out their duties. From the very first meeting with Ben, the whole thing was driven by him with the family and friends top of the proceedings.
This company is highly recommended, with everybody I spoke to singing their praises!
Thank you to all at John Weir, I will certainly entrust my passing to you when the time comes.

We as a family cannot thank Amanda and Ben at the Chatham branch enough in the way they handled the funeral process for my Dad and the family. They showed empathy,compassion and care at a very difficult time guiding us step by step even on the day of the funeral explaining each section as we laid our dear mum to rest. We really could not have asked anything more from John Weir Funeral Directors. They swung into action and took all the stress out of the arrangements for our Mother's funeral.
