We were so happy with the John Weir.  It was a very difficult time indeed, with a lot going on and the patience and support provided, especially by Theresa, was wonderful.  We were so pleased that Shane and his colleague came out so promptly on an evening when the weather was truly atrocious.  Everything went so smoothly thanks to all of the staff and their very professional approach.

Excellent service, was kept informed every step of the way, Julie was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, even after the funeral, she’s still helping arrange things. John weir phoning to offer his condolences & arranging for one of my dad’s friends to take the service which again was lovely.

Dear John, Once again, the Gillingham branch of John Weir provided us with a first class service, from the initial consultation with Theresa right through to the day of my father's funeral. Theresa is a very special person: ultra efficient and paying minute attention to detail to make every aspect of the proceedings just perfect, but also so warm and caring when dealing with the extremely painful and delicate situation of families trying to make decisions whilst struggling to come to terms with the loss of a loved one. My father's funeral took place on Friday 2nd of March, when the elements did their utmost to thwart us. The team, led so admirably by Shane, conducted it all with great courtesy, grace, dignity and calmness, despite the hazardous nature of the weather conditions, which was escalating by the minute. Thank you all for your efforts and hard work. You should feel proud of this wonderful team!

Very impressed; great guidance and empathy from Deana with a very professional attitude, we were updated regularly and felt we were in safe hands. Even though it was a very small service Winnie and ourselves were treated with the utmost care and respect, never rushed or hurried. Thanks also to Mr Tongue for taking so much trouble over the eulogy, it was much appreciated by the family. We will certainly recommend you, thanks again.

Sharon was very helpful and respectful of our wishes, she recommended a lovely lady called Bridget to do the service,the day of dad's funeral the horses were magnificent and well looked after, the men were all very polite. We only ever use John weir. Everyone commented on how fitting the service was to dad and he would have loved the horses as his dad was a horse dealer, also had them when mum passed away 2006 thankyou Teresa Harris
