I couldn’t thank John Weir (Ben & Amanda) for all they did for my little boy. They went above and beyond to care for him, and me. Markus was with them for a fairly long time before the funeral, and they cared for him in a way I forever owe them for. I loved how they made sure his music was playing for him, how they tucked him in at night and said good night to him, and loved seeing how cared for he was (included his endless amounts of toys). 

From the moment Ben met with me, to the moment we said good bye to Markus they did nothing but the best. 

I also appreciate that markus died shortly after Christmas, and lots of funeral directors were either turning me down or saying they’ll collect Markus but will not speak to me until after the new year. I was appalled! Until I spoke to Amanda on the phone, who quickly sorted out a meeting for me, and they listened to what I wanted and didn’t even suggest to take Markus away from me until I was ready.

They just made that unimaginable situation that little bit easier for me.

Thank you for your attentive care and support.
Responded promptly and sensitively to amend plaque when had wrong age for our late father.
Office staff supportive, understanding  and flexible.
Staff on day of funeral very respectful and supportive.
Would have been helpful to have had some water available in car, as was a hot day.

I can't fault them, luckily my mum had arranged her funeral so that made things much easier than it could of been, they guide you through and seem to genuinely care. I imagine its difficult for them but they're professional and I'm glad my mum chose John Weir (Gillingham, Kent )

Amanda was very helpful and kind from the very first phone call. On meeting Amanda she listened to our requirements and enabled a wonderful service for our much loved Dad, which included arranging the perfect Humanist.

Shane and his team on the day were very kind and compassionate, even giving each lady in the limousine a rose from the tribute flowers.

Something that was never going to be easy, was made easier thanks to the time, care and help from John Weir, who we also used for our Mums funeral 11 years ago.

John Weir provided an excellent service for my mother's funeral.  I'd particularly like to mention Theresa Butters, who was the person I dealt with at the Watling Street branch.  She offered a completely professional and efficient service in making the arrangements, while being sensitive and caring. No request was too much trouble and was sorted out immediately.  Just what was needed during a difficult time.

From start to finish John Weir at Parkwood were fantastic. Julia helped us through a really difficult time and was available at all times for us. On the day the cars were beautiful and the gentlemen were so lovely and again helped us through the day, always checking on us to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be.
I would recommend John Weir without hesitation.

I would like to thank all the staff at John Weir who were involved with my friends funeral. Special thanks to Sharon and Kevin, you made a very traumatic time, a lot easier to bear.

Fantastic customer service. We were looked after by Deana and she couldn’t have be more helpful at such a sad time. She helped us with such good advice from the minute we met her. And the actual day went very smoothly.

Julia at Parkwood office was excellent right from beginning. She looked after mum when she passed in 2012 and had no hesitation in asking Julia to look after dad 

She had a bit of a challenge as dad was ex military and we wanted a great send off which Julia and the team helped immensely with a few challenges on the way 

Shane who looked after us on the day was very good and put us at ease 

Timings worked out spot on
