Very professional throughout. Unlike other funeral directors the costs were made clear from the start. It was useful to deal with the same person throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble and the funeral went very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Julia at the Parkwood office was amazing, she took care of every detail in a kind, sensitive and pleasant way. The day went without a hitch due to the meticulous planning.
Debbie in the Rainham office was so helpful too, arranging for my florist to come into decorate the wicker coffin. Thank you. I strongly recommend using John Weir.

We chose John Weir as they also did my Dads funeral 3 years ago.
Deana dealt with us both times which was lovely. She went above and beyond to help and support us. She remembered us all and had the privilege to have met my mum. The care and respect they showed throughout was outstanding to not only the family but more importantly my mum. 
They accommodated our wishes for the funeral even though it wasn’t straight forward.
Ben was so lovely on the day, introducing us to the beautiful well cared for horses and as ever being so very respectful and kind. 
John weir supported us from beginning to end of such a traumatic time and I will be forever greatful to them. 
I felt comfort knowing that our mum was left with people who made themselves more than service providers, they were like good friends.

I cannot fault them one bit and could not have found the strength to lay my mum to rest without them.

For your professionalism; kindness; and respect I cannot rate them enough.

I cannot praise the team at John Weir enough, from our first meeting with Julia at parkwood office through to Ben and his team on the day of my brothers funeral, what amazing  people.   Julia was in constant  almost daily contact.  She supported us and advised us thru every step and became sonfknevwe classed as a friend.  Mel at rainham office treated us with dignity and support when we visited the rainham branch then Ben and his men on the day of the funereal, we were once again treated with dignity and respect.  We have used John weir for four close family funerals over the past 32 years and we would not consider using anyone else.  Thank you to the whole team x
