This is the fourth time we have used John Weir Funeral Directors Rainham. They are very caring and supportive from the beginning to the end. They are a family business which I feel makes a difference. In a time of high costs I felt their charges were very reasonable.

If in the future we are sadly in need of the services of a Funeral Director, we would certainly contact John Weir again.

As a Church leader who had himself conducted a number of funerals, my husband had always been impressed with John Weir, so we had no hesitation in contacting them when he himself passed away. Thank you to Theresa for the personal and sympathetic way she dealt with us. We felt completely confident that everything was thought of and if we had any questions it was very easy to contact her to have them answered. On the day itself there was a combination of respect, dignity and warmth that made the ceremony very memorable for the many people who attended, but most importantly for us, the family. Thank you.

Myself and the family would like to thank Deana who guided us through everything with professionalism and care when faced with the daunting task of organising a funeral. Everything was explained with care and precision down to the finest detail, and we felt really looked after and listened to, she did us and Dad proud. Thanks to John too who was extremely kind, and he can be proud of his staff and the way they handled everything on the day with total professionalism. Amanda and her team in Chatham were amazing, 9 months ago my Mum died and we used a different funeral director. When my Dad passed away last month we decided this time to go to John Weir. The difference in the level of care, compassion, professionalism  and attention to detail was remarkable. Amanda introduced us to a celebrant, Kathyn, who conducted the service, she was the perfect choice.

Every part of the service we received from our first meeting at parkwood with the lovely Julia right through to our final goodbye to mum was executed with professionalism kindness  and consideration. We were asked at every stage if we were happy with the arrangements. Shane was an absolute star on the day. We the family couldn't have asked for anything better. A very sad difficult traumatic day made so much easier with the team behind us all the way. Thank you one and all for your superb service.

Amazing service, from the initial consultation to the end of our requirements of them. Lovely people, caring, understanding and empathetic; kept in touch as they said they would, nothing too much trouble and, given the horror stories you hear, represented excellent value for our money as nothing was too much effort and the funeral was conducted with professionalism, care and attention to detail. 6 stars!

From start to finish we have had nothing but excellent service from John Weir and cannot praise their staff enough, to our first meeting with Amanda who was at the Gillingham office until Theresa came back from holiday, then Theresa took over -what lovely ladies they both are, for anyone having to arrange a funeral it is a very sad and difficult time but they have made everything so easy for us and nothing was too much trouble.
On the day of Mum's funeral we would love to thank all the men in the cortege who again couldn't have helped us enough, every step of the way it was explained what was going to happen and if we weren't sure about anything or needed any help to just ask and lastly a very special thanks must go to Bridget Sapiano who took the service -we wanted Mum's funeral to be a celebration of her life and that is exactly what we had, everybody who attended and it was a lot especially Mark & Spencer ladies said they had never been to such a lovely funeral so again a huge big Thank You to everyone involved.

Thank you so much for all your help when arranging our Mother's Funeral. We were incredibly upset and unsure of the process, but from the first phonecall to Amanda, to our meetings with Julia, to your staff on the day of the Funeral, we were dealt with kindness and compassion. We also felt that our Mother was also being treated with the greatest of respect. There are not words enough to say how wonderful caring attentive and efficient John Weir has been regarding the funeral of my father and aunt. The staff are just amazing, for a grieving family who wants the best for their beloved departed I personally believe that you cannot do better than John Weir. Mr and Mrs Weir should be so very proud of their team, they are the face of their company and they do an incredible job. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
