Not an easy tasks I thought planing my Mothers funeral, but Julia at the Parkwood office guided us through the emotional highs and lows with professionalism and just the right amount of humour to lift any sadness. I was contacted either by email or phone to confirm every minute detail that arose with patience and understanding, so that on the day everything went smoothly. I would also like to mention the kindness and respectfulness of the very smartly dressed gentlemen who drove us to the crematorium and looked after us on the day. I can without hesitation thoroughly recommend John Weirs services

My sister and I were extremely pleased with the service and support we had from everyone at John Weir. Sharon was very helpful and caring in helping us to arrange mum’s funeral & updated us continually. On the day all the drivers were so considerate to us. I must single out Kevin, who also did my dad’s funeral, and was wonderful in his organisation & compassion. Overall a very professional and caring experience.

I couldn't ask for anymore, from when my husband went over to the hands of john Weir and his amazing staff I felt very much at ease, he was treated like a king .
Thankyou all and being very kind and caring to me and my family.
On the day of the funeral was perfect
Again his staff who drove the cars are something to be proud of thay are brilliant .

The funeral was very well organised and all the staff who works for Mr Weir were exceptional. Anna Daltrey was so very kind and so well organised that she made Dad's passing so much easier. She went well over the top of what is expected and she is certainly the diamond that works for Mr Weir. Nothing was too much trouble and through her ability for organisation and the little details made our experience so much easier to bear.

Truly amazing. From the first night we contacted John Weir in a panic, to collecting my nans ashes. Everyone was so helpful and caring through this difficult time. Particularly Julia who helped us with the planning, when I was being rubbish and last minute she knew I was doing million things at the time and she was so calm and understanding and I was reassured my nan was safe in their care right until the end. Contacting with them was seamless, both by phone and emails. They were quick with responses and took care of everything. The pallbearers were respectful and polite and our service taken by Bridget was beautiful. My family and I can’t thank John Weir enough, I hope nan would of been proud.
