We received excellent service from the start of organising mum's funeral to the day of the funeral. We were kept informed at each stage of the arrangements. All the staff were very sympathetic and understanding in our time of grief.

John Weir were incredibly professional and empathetic from the initial and subsequent meeting with Ben at the Chatham office, through to Amanda confirming all our requirements the day before the funeral , and the kindness and attention to detail shown by Shane and his team on the day. Ben, you were a tremendous support, and we are so grateful to you for how you helped us navigate the detail. Thanks must also go to our celebrant Peter Tongue for all his advice and support with the eulogy. In the nicest possible way, I would hope not to personally have to use the services of John Weir again but if the situation arose, I would have no hesitation.
