Absolutely brilliant service from across the full team.  A horrid thing to have to arrange a funeral for a loved one, but made much more pleasant by those we dealt with - Amanda for all the arrangements and Shane on the day.  First class.

The whole team at Chatham were wonderful, so lovely and helpful. Making sure everything was done with care and dignity.
It made the whole process much easier knowing if I had any questions they were always happy to answer them and got back to me really quickly.

We were assisted by Teresa Butters at the Gillingham office. What is normally a difficult time was more so due to the current situation with covid-19. However Teresa could not have been more attentive and caring. My wife and I thank Teresa and John Weir Funeral Directors for their service.

All the staff were polite, empathetic and kind, which makes it even more personal considering they have the increased pressure with more funerals and the restrictions imposed.  Very happy with the compassionate service provided by Amanda and the gentlemen who looked after us and dad on the day of the funeral. Amanda was amazing organising everything for us, especially difficult during this covid crisis. Although we weren’t able to give dad the send off we would have liked because of the current situation, it was a lovely personal service and we thank everyone at John Weir for their help with this.

Although we live in strange times during this coronavirus period, we was so pleased how every aspect of my mum's funeral was arranged. From Julia at the Parkwood of ice to Ben and his colleagues all were totally professional and so caring to meet all our needs and safety required.
