For the forth time over the last 30 years  that I have had to arrange a funeral, John Weirs have given my late relatives a dignified and professional send off. I found the staff very helpful and understanding throughout the process. From the first call we made, the service we received was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble and Theresa and Amanda helped and guided us through the process with professionalism, warmth and empathy. On the day, Kevin and ‘the boys’ were brilliant and looked after us with great dignity and sensitivity. 
The whole team made this sad occasion so less stressful, so many thanks.

Every member of staff at John Weir were extremely professional, but also extremely compassionate and kind.
This difficult time was made easier because all 'meetings' were via the telephone due to measures put in place because of C19! John Weir phoned us and arranged a date and time to call us to discuss all that needs to be discussed when someone is bereaved.
And. They phoned exactly when they said they would!
Thank you all for your kind words and help after my father died.

Thank you to Anna for handling the whole thing so sensitively and with so much care. The situation was difficult and made worse during these times. You took all the stress away from us. I would also like to mention the pull bearer (sorry I'm not sure of name) he was so kind and looked after us throughout the actual ceremony.

Wonderful personal service ,from collection off Simon into their care .
From every detail that had to be dealt with the support was over and above what you would expect .
Because of the strange times that is happening ,the support that was given made the process easier to handle .

We were kept informed of developments and procedures before the funeral, and the burial was done in difficult circumstances given the current health situation. Our thanks to Amanda for making a difficult time a lot easier to come to terms with.
The funeral itself was conducted in an excellent manner and we are very satisfied with the service provided.

Have used this branch too often, how ever the service has always been excellent.Trust we won't need them in the near future but won't hesitate when the time comes
