I cannot thank the team enough for all their help, care and kindness leading up to and after the funeral. The gentlemen that helped us on the day of the funeral were incredible; they helped with everything, every detail and were kind and caring. As all the staff have been. Amanda has ensured that communication was good and prompted me when needed. What was the most touching, was the care and dignity that the undertakers showed when arriving at our house just after Dad passed. It was the very early hours and yet they conducted themselves in the most respectful manner. 
And Kathryn (our life celebrant), well, people thought she was a friend of Dad’s the way she spoke about him. 
The team also ensure that COVID didn’t intrude too much on what we needed to do. For this, we were very thankful. Everything was still very safe but easy-guidelines followed but in a very seamless way. 
From start to finish, John Weir have been incredible. Words can’t express our gratitude enough.

From initial contact with Julia at the Parkwood branch, my Sister and I knew that we were in safe hands with regard to organising our Mum's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and at this difficult time she kept us on track.

The funeral itself ran like clock-work and the gentlemen (drivers/ master of ceremonies) were as professional and compassionate as can be. A true credit to the John Weir name. Please pass on our gratitude.

A final thanks for John Weir for putting us in touch with the Celebrant, Bridget Sapiano, who was fantastic and took the time to know our Mum and involved us in the script for the ceremony. We have received many compliments from attendees (and those viewing via the Web) on both John Weir and Bridget.

We decided to go with JW after receiving poor service from another FD and JW team were simply amazing. We were assigned Kelly who looked after us so well. She arranged everything, was decisive, quick with coming back to us with dates and responses to our queries. On the day Shane and the team were amazing.They also worked so well with Rev Nathan Ward so the whole day was a huge success and we can not thank them enough . A truly great service from start to finish. All options for the funeral were explained clearly and carried out compassionately. Anna was always helpful, polite and considerate to my needs for my wifes funeral. The funeral employees on the day were again very professional and our instructions from them were clear and precise. Throughout this difficult time, everyone at John Wier we’re simply lovely. I felt at ease with them when ever we spoke rough through to the service. At the service we had the privilege of having John Weir with us for the service. Because of them all the service was plain sailing and for the best of reasons it was pleasurable to be able to say goodbye to Doris knowing that everything was taken care of, after the service I received a follow up phone call to see if we were all ok.
